
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage excellence store operation and good relationships with customers and partners
· Develop brand awareness through social media, pop-up events and/or local communities and response to incoming inquiries
· Manage purchasing activities with goods negotiation skills and authentication process involved.
· Good customer handling and maintain customer engagement through CRM program
· Actively develop initiatives to achieve monthly target
· Analyze local market situation and report to management periodically • Manage operational reports
Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree from reputable university
· Excellent personality with good communication & coordination skills
· Minimum of 1 year working experience in the same field
· Having knowledge in preloved luxury goods for bags, jewelry, and watches industry
· Able to work with word processing and spreadsheet software
· Proficiency in English is a must for work coordination with overseas team members Placement will be in Surabaya.
